As
our client, you are bound by our terms and conditions once you
place an order with us.
Definitions:
General
·
Orders
may be made by email,
telephone or mail .
·
All
agreements shall be formalized via a written contract.
·
All
websites and graphics remain the property and of QwickFusion, until
all payments are made in full.
·
We
reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature
unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
We are not responsible for any copyright infringements caused by
materials submitted by the client.
·
QwickFusion
reserves the right to reject any orders involving propagation of
hatred, prejudice, violence, explicit content, or any other
material we deem to be offensive.
·
We
are not responsible for delays in completion of work, due to late
submission of requested materials.
·
A
deposit payment towards an order needs to be made in order for work
to commence. The amount depends on the product or service ordered
(see below).
·
Once
a website has been designed and completed, the final balance of
payment becomes due. Final balance of payment shall be made in no
more than 30 days after notification of the client about completion
any project, unless prior arrangements indicate otherwise.
·
QwickFusion
reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against defaulting
clients without prior notice, after expiration of any agreed
payment schedule.
·
Support
services shall be provided according to our service
support
guidelines.
Website
Design
·
The
client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible,
the following and other materials necessary for work to be done in
fulfillment of an order:
o
Name
of company/organization/website, from which a domain name will be
derived. Any suggested domain names are welcome.
o
Photos,
logos, etc.
o
Text
(information to be posted on the site)
o
Contact
information, i.e. location, e-mail, postal address, phone numbers
·
Hosting
and domain registration will be done via recommended companies,
which the client will be made to choose from. Clients are however
allowed to present their preferred companies for provision of these
services. QwickFusion will not be liable for any costs incurred,
compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on
behalf of the client by these agents.
·
A
25% deposit is required as guarantee for work to begin on a graphic
design order.
·
The
25% deposit is non-refundable. Should the client decide the website
is not needed anymore after its completion, the client is obliged
to pay the full cost for the site, including domain registration
and hosting fees (if they have been paid for prior to this, by
QwickFusion).
·
It
is our policy to ensure that all our code or programming are free
of errors, therefore we will not be responsible for any losses
incurred due to malfunction of the website or any part of it.
·
Although
websites are designed to work properly in the major web browsers
namely, Internet Explorer 6 and above, and Mozilla, QwickFusion
cannot offer guarantees of correct function with all browser
software.
Graphic
Design
·
The

Networking
·
A
deposit covering full cost for materials needed for the set-up is
required for work to commence.
·
QwickFusion
shall not be responsible for malfunctioning of all or part of the
set-up, resulting from failure of any device or software or
tampering with the network by anyone, other than a QwickFusion
employee.
·
The
client is responsible for providing power stabilizers or
uninterrupted power supply systems (UPS) to protect any modems,
routers, network switches or computers on the network.
·
The
client is responsible for administering the network, unless if
requested, will be provided at a fee.
Complaints
All problems regarding products or services should be reported via email giving sufficient information to locate the material (such as an url) and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint. |
